Step 1 of 3

Let’s find out if you’re on a good deal.

Upload a recent bill, or enter your address. Either way we price every plan available to your home; what you give us decides how close the figure is.

  • Nothing charged until you've seen your profile
  • Full refund if we can't produce your comparison
  • Report usually within two minutes of payment

An address alone is priced on a benchmark household like yours, so the answer is a range. A bill gives us your own usage, your tariff and what you pay now. A smart-meter data file gives us your real half-hourly load, so time-of-use and demand tariffs are priced on when you actually use power rather than on an estimate. A bill and a meter file together are the most accurate we can be, and you can send both.

How would you like to start?

For your report and your receipt. No account or password.

How many people live at home?
Do you have solar panels?

Your bill shows a controlled load as Tariff 31 or Tariff 33, or a second usage line.

What kind of electricity meter do you have?

If you have a basic meter and the cheapest plan needs a smart one, it is in your top three marked as such; the other smart-meter plans are listed separately.

Pool pump?
Electric vehicle?

This is what makes an address search exact: with it, time-of-use and demand tariffs are priced on your own half-hourly usage rather than a benchmark. Ask your retailer for a NEM12 file, or download the usage export from their app; Energex’s My Energy portal exports work too.

What matters to you? (all optional)

Files go straight to encrypted storage in Sydney and are read only by our own systems. Nothing is charged until you have seen your profile and chosen a plan. We are not paid by any energy retailer.
